The NOMEREL Team provides world class professional support services for all NAVSEA Program Executive Offices, Directorates, Warfare Centers and Field Activities utilizing the NAVSEA SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Contract.

Additionally, the NOMEREL Team may provide limited support under this contract to other DoD, non-DoD or Joint Agencies for work that is integrally related to the product areas and missions of the Warfare Centers. The scope of the NOMEREL Team SeaPort-e contract spans all 12 Product Area Directorates (PADs).

This indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract has a one-year base period of performance with one five-year award term and one additional four-year award term. The Navy estimates that $5.3 Billion in services will be procured each year via the SeaPort-e program.

All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the nation’s engine of job growth.

The SeaPort-e program has been established as a broad and flexible means to meet multiple, changing requirements within the Navy for support services. NOMEREL and its team members will provide a comprehensive range of specific services across twenty-two functional areas and seven regional geographic zones to support Navy challenges worldwide. The SeaPort-e contract vehicle is available to all Navy commands, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the Marine Corps.
