Mark Rush – CEO and President

Mr. Rush has held management roles in Fortune 500 and 1000 companies including EDS (now HP), Sprint, Network General and NetApp. He founded Nomerel in 2008 to use his expertise to build a company that offers clients IT flexibility and where barriers and obstacles to client capabilities are neutralized. His "don't bring me anything that resembles The Box" philosophy is carried over to those who work with him, offering co-workers the opportunity to share ideas, speak their minds and develop their entrepreneurial talents.

Mr Rush served on many advisory panels including Arrow Electronics ESS division, the NetApp Healthcare business strategy team, and Sychron Systems where he assisted in development of their channel and sales models. He has been a guest lecturer for business and technology at CIO summits and a speaker on sales and channel strategies for technology manufacturers.

He was President and Chairman of the Board for Long Walk Oklahoma, a Non-Profit Organization and is an avid fan of any sport involving the great University of Tulsa.

Neil Twa – Vice President, Services and Delivery

Mr. Twa has worked with small, mid-sized and century old Fortune 500 and 1000 companies including Cummins, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, IBM, Boeing, Thomson Reuters and Thomson Financial among others, providing business and technology consulting with a focus on enterprise business systems design and development around customer centric web based applications. His extensive experience includes enterprise project management and process improvement for business optimization through technology specifically customer facing applications, systems and processes with a core focus on increasing customer satisfaction and reducing costs through the integration and delivery of high performance business systems. His leadership roles lead to unique opportunities to reduce costs, drive new ideas for business supported by a strong business systems implementation and a successful project delivery record. His sales, marketing and business management knowledge have positioned his company with an excellent project implementation track record and as a player in the consulting industry, demonstrating industry and functional expertise, through his leadership.

Paul Schroeder - Vice President – Operations

Mr. Schroeder earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Wichita State University with major fields of study in chemistry, biology and biochemistry. He accumulated 33 years experience in the field of forensic science while employed with 2 major metropolitan police departments and one private laboratory venture. During his "CSI" tenure, Paul was actively involved in implementing the latest technology as it applied to forensic science and served on the IT Management Team for the Tulsa Police Department.

As the operations director at Nomerel, Mr. Schroeder is responsible for accounting, finance, vendor relations and various support functions for the sales and engineering teams.
